As you wake up, a sense of calmness enters your body. During the morning Practice we include a holistic Yoga Practice, incorporating Pranayama and Meditation techniques followed by an awakening Vinyasa Flow. This will ensure to give you a head start to your day, feeling energised.
After the morning classes you can enjoy a healthy & vegan breakfast. Nourish your soul with the breathtaking natural surroundings. The afternoon is open, for you to follow one of the workshops offered or get a massage. Explore the endless possibilities of simplifying your life or dive deeper into learning methods of relaxation.
Choosing to unplug and rewind, attend our digital detox program. Learn how to be present in this very moment. Deepen your Practice, by staying mindful throughout the whole day. A restorative class is offered for you to relax fully. After a long day of re-connecting & becoming your true self, you will be served delicious healthy & vegan or vegetarian dinner. Following you may enjoy a transformational guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra experience. Go to bed completely grounded and enjoy a miraculous night rest.
